To ensure that visitors are given the time and help they need to make the right choices, visits to the showrooms are by appointment only.

Making an appointment and visiting our showrooms to achieve the individual attention that is part of the Cleopatra's 'unique shopping experience' we have to adopt a Strict view by appointment only policy. We can then ensure that expert advice is on hand to help you make the right choices.

Customers receive a level of service and attention way beyond anything they would experience in a high street store. Visitors to our showrooms are able to see representative displays from each collection,
& will also have the opportunity to browse through the fabulous manufacturers' catalogues, along with samples of the fabric and wood finishes available etc.

Should it not be possible to visit us in person, we are happy to provide a comprehensive service on the telephone, post, email or fax.

Appointment times:

Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm
Saturdays 10am - 5pm
