Making an appointment and visiting our showrooms to achieve the individual attention that is part of the Cleopatra's 'unique shopping experience' we have to adopt a Strict view by appointment only policy. We can then ensure that expert advice is on hand to help you make the right choices. Customers receive a level of service and attention way beyond anything they would experience in a high street store.
