Once you have placed your order you have accepted/read all these terms below & will abide by them. In the event of a customer cancelling an order, the deposit/payments & possible damages,depending on circumstances will be retained by Cleopatra. We cannot accept bespoke orders online,you MUST come instore to order your goods to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You are most welcome to fill out the online order form but REMEMBER to confirm/place the order you have to come to our showroom so please book an appointment. All items are checked prior to delivery. Once you have decided upon a design along with the wood finishes and fabrics you want etc, you are ready to place an order. Seamstress charges (Alterations etc) are charged in addition to the cost of the gowns/dresses. This does not apply to any of the baby/children's furnishings & bespoke tailoring services/products as we require full payment whilst placing an order. Outstanding balances to be paid prior to delivery by Bank transfer or draft, Cheque, Credit Card or cash. Once funds are cleared we will release your order. VAT - included in all prices (Approx 8-20 weeks delivery time once placing order unless otherwise stated ~ again manufacture time span duration can vary per design depending on the designer) We do not deliver at weekends. The colours of fabrics may slightly differ from one dyelot to another. Cleaning of upholstery should be carried out by a professional cleaning service. Decorations and paintings may differ from those shown in the catalogue or showroom, as they are 'handmade' by different skilled artists. We take no responsibility for any not perfect correspondence of laquering colours supplied in different periods of time, as it is almost impossible to exactly reproduce the same colour shade each time. All sizes quoted are in Inches or Centimetres. These sizes are for guidance only and are subject to change without notice. Before ordering please confirm that dimensions quoted are correct. Please allow for the approximate time quoted for delivery for bespoke furnishings. We cannot be held responsible for any delays which may arise from the manufacturers/designers or during transit which are beyond our control ~ we will keep you informed at all times & try our best to get your order in as quick as possible, so please ensure you order well before the approx time limit to ensure prompt deliveries. As all items are made to order/bespoke & imported these delays can be expected & your patience is appreciated in these circumstances.
