Please contact only if you are serious buyer. * A personal appointment must be made to try on dresses/Suits to ensure staff is available for your attention at all times. All dresses are made to order only so your choice of style may not be in stock to try on so you may order from our brochures. *We offer our services only to serious buyers & therefore an appointment has to be booked to view the collections with our Wedding consultant. We commit our time to offer you a premium personal service & expect our time to be spent productively with only genuine clientelle. * Once you have decided upon your dream gown/suit an initial appointment will need to be booked with our seamstress who will take your measurements in the comfort of your own home. (you will not be charged for this service) so the dress/suit will be tailored to the measurements with your consent. Remember the seamstress will work with you to ensure you are happy with the measurements & we ask you to confirm you are happy with the measurement and for your custom made bespoke dress to be ordered for construction. The final decision and responsibility on what size to order is, ofcourse up to you, the customer. Bridal clothes are special order items & cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be aware that sizing is not an exact science & alterations by an experienced bridal seamstress will almost always be necessary for a proper fit. * Please allow 4 months delivery time for your dress, all dresses are handmade per order and have heavy beadwork which takes time and expert workmanship. * Adequate Time must also be allowed for any alterations that may be needed, therefore order your dress at least 6 -7 months before your wedding day. * Your first fitting will take place just a few weeks before your wedding day, approx 6-8 weeks. Seamstress charges (Alterations etc) are charged in addition to the cost of the gowns/dresses. Alterations to the garment will be possible on final fitting if there is a reduction in size needed. Any expansion of the garment will be assessed but not guaranteed. This applies to men's garments as well. * Please remember to wear proper fitting bra/underwear that you will be wearing on your wedding day along with the shoes to ensure a proper fitting session. * We offer a storage facility until your wedding day. * Mail order customers It is solely your responsibility to ensure your measurements are taken professionaly by dressmakers who offers a Wedding dress fitting service as any mistakes may result in a badly fitting garment. You are paying for a premium outfit so the fitting must be taken by a professional. Once you are happy with everything we ask you to confirm you are happy with the measurement you forwarded to us authorising us to order your custom made bespoke dress for construction. * These exclusive designer gowns are all handmade in Europe & not to be compared with low quality mass produced designs put together in just a few weeks & imported from Asia.
